Designing under the pretense that higher density is more efficient, economical, and sustainable, this high rise has 100 units consisting of 220 bedrooms. Intended to be bring families from the suburbs to downtown, the structure is literally a stacking of generous single-family residences in order to afford a sense of individuality on a smaller scale while also developing a complex, unified surface pattern on the scale of the building as a whole. Every unit proudly boasts views of Lady Bird Lake and the downtown cityscape. One third of the total square footage is exterior space, primarily in the form of private balconies that are recessed and protected. There is a community pool, patio, clubhouse and kitchen on the twelfth floor and a commercial space on the ground level.
